Records of Traceability when supplied to another Business
Where the food business supplies foods for sale in another business, the Food Business Operator must maintain traceability of these foods and must retain records of:
Customer name and address.
Food types.
Delivery dates.
Quantity or volume of foodstuff.
Batch number.
Detailed description of the product (e.g., fresh or frozen, pre-packed or loose).
