National Guides
The following national guides have been approved in Ireland to date. All are published by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI):
- I.S. 340:2007 & AI:2015 - Hygiene in Catering Sector.
- I.S. 341:2007 & AI:2015 - Hygiene in Food Retailing and Wholesaling.
- ISO 22000:2005 - Food Safety Management Systems.
