What is food poisoning?
Food Poisoning is an illness that can occur between 1 to 72 hours after consumption of contaminated or poisonous food.
Particularly dangerous to vulnerable people (very young, elderly, pregnant and sick).
Common symptoms include:
- Diarrhoea
- Vomiting
- Nausea
- Abdominal Pain
- High Temperature
- Dehydration
- Collapse
- Loss of appetite
