Resetting password

If you ever forget your password and are locked out of your account, you can trigger a reset password email right from our course sign in page.

1. Go to www.haccponline.ie
2. Select Sign In on the top right
3. On the login page, select Forgot Password
4. Enter the email address you used to create your account
5. Click Submit
6. Check your email inbox including "Spam/Junk" folder for a password reset email with further instructions

The password is personal to the registered user and you must not  make it available to others. If you become aware that the password is or may have been compromised, you are obligated to inform us.
