Rejecting Deliveries
The following deliveries must be rejected:
- Refrigerated food deliveries above 5°C.
- Frozen food deliveries above -18°C.
- Food which is out of date or short of desired shelf-life.
- Contaminated food from unapproved sources or not in specification.
- Frozen food which indicates signs of thawing.
- Food with evidence of pest activity.
- Food which is not covered or with damaged packaging.
